Hey Allison,I believe you are using JAWS. I'd like to see the dialog box, exactly as you do. If you try logging into Bookshare, when the dialog appears, do the following: 1. Press control+insert+w. This "virtualizes" the window, allowing you to select and copy text. 2. Press control+A to select all text in the window, then press control+c to copy it to the clipboard. 3. Press escape to close the virtualized window, and either close the dialog, or continue on into Bookshare. 4. Send a message to this list, and press control+v in the message body. The contents of the dialog should appear there, and hopefully someone here can get a fix on the solution.

Hi Jackie,I looked where you said, and my require server verification (https was already unchecked. I also already had http:// in my list. I added the address that started with https because I didn't have that one. I saved my changes and logged into Bookshare and it still had the trusted sites dialogue as always. Not sure why this didn't work.
