Hi Cindy,

I don't know that the information is in the text.  It's supplemental
material to the text to provide more information about the women in the
text.  I can leave them out, though that would mess up the pagination a
little bit.

 If the tables aren't really necessary, i.e., because what they show is
information already provided in the text, I say leave them.
