Hi Cindy,
Well fortunately for us all our synopses were left in tact. Now for the
txt/rtf issue:
This gets a little complicated. The reason the site wouldn't accept the txt
file when resaved as rtf is that normally there's no point to resave that
way because the txt file contains nothing that can benefit from rtf.
However, if you've added formatting some of it may be lost. The complicating
factor is that there are many different kinds of txt files. Some of them
retain no formatting, but a more common type will retain things like hard
carriage returns and page breaks. What would be lost would be things like
font size and maybe things like bolding and double-spacing. If you think the
formatting looked good after you resaved as txt I'm sure it's fine. Of
course the most important thing is probably page breaks, and if there were
any to begin with and they were saved everything's ok.
Kellie
