[bksvol-discuss] Symbols problem solved

No, I get a funny mark that I don't recognize and can't find in either of the 
downloads I've saved, mathematical symbols and diacritical marks. It looks like 
a circumflex but instead of being pointed at the top it's flat and slightly 
thick; instead of the "s" being underneath it's after it.
