That's a problem, because we valdiators never know
when something is put back onto the step one page.
I've been meaning to remember to look ever since this
was mentioned a while ago and I've forgotten to. I've
been checking the collection daily to see if the books
have been added. 

It would definitely be nice if we validators could be
notified, since we're the ones with the validated
copies and often, it seems, the submitters, at least
some of them, don't care.
