I'm beginning to think the BRF files will never be fixed. That is, the problem of text being cut off. I have a workaround with the Daisy files, but it seems that engineering just doesn't know how to fix this problem, or else it is way down on their priority list. I have stopped reporting books because they stopped responding. Sorry! I told them that a lot of people were unhappy, but I guess it must be a bit difficult to fix. Many thanks Carrie. ----- Original Message ----- From: Carrie Karnos To: Bookshare Vol Group Sent: Monday, March 02, 2009 3:40 PM Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Submitter ID not recognized Hi gang, I'm getting a lot of complaints about this feature not working (not being able to see the books you've worked on yourself or anyone else's). When I checked, Engineering already has a ticket about this, so they are aware of the problem. I've asked them to fix it for the next release of software, which should be sometime next week. Just trying to keep everyone in the loop! Carrie -------------------------------------------------------------------------------- No virus found in this incoming message.
