You have a malfunctioning browser. You should not have rejected the book.
You should have deleted and rewritten the synopsis, or just released the
book. Rejecting is absolutely uncalled for in that situation.

I'm not sure why you can't but the synopsis; it seems to me that I have edited synopses when uploading after validating. Unless the form has changed, you should be able to edit it or delete it totally and re-write it.
