Monica, As Jake said, the problem was in the filename. Bookshare's system can be picky about what characters it allows in a file name besides letters, numbers, and underscores. BTW, you need to leave the apostrophe in the title since the title isn't correct without it. After several tries the file wouldn't upload, so I removed the apostrophe from the filename and the on the submission form. Then it uploaded fine. I don't know if the culprit was the filename or the title, but I suspected the apostrophe and took them both out. If I had removed them one at a time I'd know which field was causing the problem.
