Hi, Gary. Fortunately, if they don't scan well, it's no big deal. It's not core content, so they can be deleted if you can't get a good scan. It does bother me somewhat if an ad scans well and someone deletes it, anyway, just because it's not core content, but if it doesn't scan well, I'd rather have it gone than to have a bunch of garbage that can't be figured out. Take care. They come from inside the front cover and after the text, but before the author page. See what you think. ----- Original Message ----- From: Cindy To: bksvol-discuss@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Sent: Saturday, November 05, 2005 1:35 AM Subject: [bksvol-discuss] Re: Submited Gary, Thanks for rescanning it and saving it from oblivion. If the text is fine, anyone can validate it. If it were me, I'd delete the ad pages if they are in the middle. Being somewhat obsessive, I do tend to validate them when they're in the beginning, and sometimes in the end, but I wish I weren't so obsessive. Bookshare says we don't have to--but maybe, as Amazon says, if people like a particular book they'll like others like it. --- Gary Petraccaro <garyp130@xxxxxxxxxxx> wrote: > Passions of Chelsea Kane, Barbara Delinsky. > Look at the comments field.
