I don't recall if you mentioned it or not, but it isn't a .zip file
you're trying to send is it? I always used to send zip files with
the old web site, but the new Bookshare demands they be straight rtf.

By any chance, your filename doesn't have an apostrophe in it, does
it? IF so, remove that, resend and hopefully the error will not be
