Thanks. Will setting the title to Heading 1, and the pt size to 20 work? Or
should I just do bold, then set size to 20? And what about chapters? Should
they be heading 1 or 2? And, should the title page itself be of some other
format? Right now, it's 11 pt, black on white, baseline for everything
except title and, as far as I've read, chapter marks, like chapter one and
such.

The title is placed on the title page. No asterisk is used. The book title
is formatted in Bold with the print size being 20.
