Dear All,

We are sorry for the confusion caused by the posts from Allison and I that
contained varying information.
This appears to be my day for apologies (grin).

I checked with Allison's manager before my earlier response to this thread. She
had asked that I be the point person for synopses details, so as to free
Allison's time up for other work. There was a bit of lag in communicating that
information to Allison, hence the cross-posting.

To answer your question Susan, as a general rule all
questions/corrections/requests from volunteers should be directed to me. As
Volunteer Coordinator it's part of my responsibility to address these issues
where I can or when necessary redirect them to the relevant staff person. I
know in the past in the absence of a dedicated Volunteer Coordinator, Carrie
was handling all these requests, and continues to do so out of the goodness of
her heart when people from long habit, write to her -- but it would lessen her
load and free her time up for other tasks if I could serve as the "gateway" for
such communications. Many of you already do this, but for those of you who
don't or have been hesitant in the past -- do write in.

Warm regards,

Pavi Mehta

No wonder we're confused too? So, at the risk of sounding ignorant, who gets
what? Thanks.
