I agree, and that seems to be the general consensus. I
don't know why people submit in txt, but maybe
bookshare can find a way to convert all txt to rtf
before putting the book on the download list. The
request,nay rules, I think, has always been for
submissions to be in rtf. It may be that some people
don't have that capability.
