I'm not sure, Sarah, whether bookshare requires hard page breaks or the spacing 
 between page 
breaks will do. I think it's the page numbers that are the important thing, but 
I guess we'll have to 
wait for what Marissa finds out.  In the meantime I'll stick to rtfs.
