Hi Dave,
Given previous experiments plus my experience today, I would say that my
experiences with these word processors parallel yours. I'm so glad I had an
undamaged copy of the file I was working on today--that book is 450 pages,
and if the page breaks had been irretrievably eaten I would not have been a
happy camper. <grin>
