Hi all,

I filed an Urgent ticket with Engineering because the website is VERY slow. I 
can't submit a book, I changed the metadata on 30 books a half hour and they 
haven't been updated, Alisa can't generate reports, etc.

Engineering told me that when an Urgent ticket is filed, all sorts of people 
get notified, and better still, they keep getting pinged until the problem is 
solved. WORKS FOR ME!

Will let you know when the site is back to normal.
