Thanks Lori. I found that one and set it too. So far, everything seems to be
working as it should again but we'll do some further testing.

Susan, under the view menu did you try the page 1 button. It's right after
the zoom 100 button.
I think the shortcut is alt+w1.

Larry and I did a test last night. We had the problem when he scanned with
FineReader in Kurzweil but not with ScanSoft.
