Hi Kenneth. The page numbers are scanned from the actual text and represent
the actual page breaks as they occur in the hard-copy regular print text. I
made no insertions. One of the things that amazed me about this scan is
that all page numbers and headers scanned as perfectly as the main text
itself. When I stripped headers in Word with find and replace, it got them
all because there was no irregular headers in the whole book. Must have
been very good quality printing!
