I knew the title sounded familiar. When I open another
one of my e-mail accounts I'm faced with an ad for the
book.
This time I clicked on it. It was just published in
June and is available from Barnes & Noble. The price
if ordered online is $8.76, $7.88 for members.

available at any libraries near you from which it
could be ordered by your branch. Just a suggestion.
