Scanning with the plustek opticbook 3600I've scanned in both one and two-page
modes using this scanner, and have not noticed a difference either way. For
obvious reasons, I prefer two-page mode, and so, this is what I use the most.
However, I have had occasion to scan in one-page mode, and, aside from a few
issues with the book edge, I haven't noticed a significant difference.

Sorry I can't give a more definitive answer.

We have done many books in two-page mode using this scanner but we are
beginning to think that the results are better in single-page mode--especially
on cheap pulpback romances. I would be interested in anyone else's
observations.
