The books being discussed are those that have one page number on the bottom of
the first page of the chapter. People were saying they have moved it to the
top, I think, so there would be just one number on the page. My question was,
is it OK to leave it at the bottom if you have provided for the protecdtion of
the Chapter Heading at the top? Some were suggesting placing the Word "Chapter"
on one line, and the rest below. If I'm doing that, plus a blank line at the
top, would this not suffice and I can leave the page number where it is? If
not, I can change it before I submit it.
