Yep. I called them and the tech guy made me hold the phone to the scanner so
he could hear it too.
I'm just glad this happened before my warranty expired.

Hi, list.
My scanner came back from the shop today but it still isn't working
correctly so I'm sending it back for more repairs.
I've got a couple of books on my computer that I scanned a while ago and
that need to be cleaned up. Books other than the ones on the list at the
bottom of this e-mail, will be at least two weeks in coming.
