Hi,

Thanks for the list of books.  These look like excellent titles, and I look
forward to reading them.  It is good to know that the dishonesty and
treachery that you see at the table don't necessarily spill over into the
real world. 

At the beginning of the month I could buy a few of these books, as I've
exhausted my budget for books for the month.  If you're willing to scan, I
could certainly send them to you, if you're okay with that.  I'd just work
my way from the top down through the list until I exhausted the budget.
