According to the notes...the person who submitted the original file
resubmitted it when s/he found it had been rejected; hence the reason for
it being in .kes format.

On an off-chance that you might have meant released instead of rejected, I checked the download list, and the book is there, but in KEZ. I don't suppose I can download it and convert it to rtf, if I don't have KEZ. And the submitter is just listed as bookshare volunteer. If you converted it to rtf, do you think the page breaks would show up?
