Wonderful thought provoking post, Lissi, as usual! I too was very moved by
Carrie's e-mail on the subject of PQ books! Larry seems to have calmed down
somewhat after he was allowed to vent and we could talk through it! For the
time being, we'll probably continue to scan and proof, as always, and watch
to see how this thing plays itself out! We've been with Bookshare too long
to jump ship all the sudden; this is a project we enjoy together! Thanks to
all the volunteers and staff who make Bookshare such a great place to submit
books to as well as to go to find books to read! Happy reading, proofing and
scanning everyone!
