[bksvol-discuss] Resubmitting a book

I'm having trouble with a book being saved from ARK to RTF format. When I open
the book in RTF, it is nothing but jibbrish. I've opened and saved other files
in RTF before this particular file, and I have not had this problem before. I
uploaded this file to Bookshare before I realized it was full of jibbrish. Is
there a way to remove it and fix this problem before resubmitting it? The file
is called "Students who drive you crazy." I'm not sure if this info will be
helpful or not, but I open RTF files in Microsoft Word. Is there some setting
somewhere that I need to change?
