Hi, Allison. I prefer option B for number 1. I like to have the series info in parentheses. Example: Heart of Stone (Negotiator Trilogy, Book1) I don't like the # sign or the word number at all but that's just me. Christina----- Original Message ----- From: "Allison Hilliker" <hillikera@xxxxxxxxx>

Hi everyone, I'd like to learn which sort of format you all most like to see seriesinfo written in. As I input data for all the pq books, I'm filling in a lotof series titles and book numbers. I usually do it a certain way, but I thought I would ask what everyone prefers. I have a couple of questions for you all, and you may write me on or off list with your answers. allisonh@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Keep in mind that I'm not looking to set up any sort of Bookshare requirement for writing series titles. This is just for my own personalknowledge as I work on the pq books. If someone already has a way they liketo do it, he or she can definitely still do so. QUESTIONS: 1. Which of the below do you like best? a. Title (Series Name, then the word series, #1). b. Title (Series name Book #1).2. Do you prefer some punctuation after the book title in order to separateit from the series info?3. Do you like when the number sign (#) is inserted before the book number?I imagine that I'll likely get a lot of differing opinions, but I'll try togo with what's most popular. Remember, this is just for the books whose titles I happen to edit, not something that will apply to all titles. I look forward to your input.
