queue. I tried Firefox also and it isn't there. But these are great

Hey there Sue!
This is Kristin Mills and I have a quick suggestion for you. Whenever
I check in any of my books, I wait a few minutes and then go to the
section called number of books that are checked out. Than I click on
awating for approval and under this section you can varify that the
bookshare team actually did get your book because I have gotten that
error too sometimes. However after I go and check the awating
approval area everything is normally all good. Try that place and if
it's not there then I would also try using firefox instead of internet
explorer because that's where I got the error while using internet
explorer too. Hopefully that will help and that you can varify that
your book did make it to the check in part for the bookshare approval
process! Lastly, I hope you are having a great day too!
