Hi Nimit, 

Unfortunately this is a recurring problem that engineering hasn't yet been able 
to fix. If you can send me a screen shot or details such as time that you 
received the email, what browser you're using, and how long it took before the 
link was up, that would be really helpful. Please send it to my email rather 
than the list. Additionally, this goes for anyone else who can't renew (and 
some people are already doing this). So sorry about this!
