Hi all,
Megan, a couple of suggestions. First, if you don't have time, and you feel
that the book is badly pagenated, then by all means reject it. If there are no
or few page numbers, then you cannot be sure where to take out the page
numbers, especially if the headers have been removed. this looks like a
sightling's job, frankly. The breaks are going to have to be matched to the
print book. Nope, I'd reject it with a note explaining why.
