I'm sorry you haven't received a response. John Glass should be the one who
receives mail sent to volunteer@xxxxxxxxxxxxx (Sometimes users accidently send
messages to @bookshare.com which we obviously don't get.) You can write John
directly at john.g@xxxxxxxxxxxx
I'd also be happy to try to answer any questions you might have.

Quick question about staff at Bookshare - if anyone knows....
I've tried to email the Bookshare volunteer/info email address with a
question regarding my volunteer account and I'm getting no response what so
ever. I've emailed them twice over the past two weeks...and nothing.
Is there a specific person I should contact regarding my volunteer account
instead?
