[bksvol-discuss] Question of whether to accept or reject a book

I downloaded a book for validation last night, Saving
Jessica, and discovered there was no title or
copyright page. The file started with chapter 1.
I logged in this morning planning to upload and reject
the book. I discovered there was copyright
information inserted into the form. I am not sure
whether the info is accurate or not.
My question is whether I should accept the book seeing
there is copyright info on the submission form or
whether I shoul reject the book since there is no
title page or copyright info on the scan.
