I don't recall what the manual says, but I agree with you that it could be put in the front as just another Roman numeral page. Besides, I believe it belongs in the front. In the case of a paperback book, a sighted person just flips the book over and reads what the book is about. But if that page were to be put at the end of the book file for Bookshare, a person has to make an effort to go to the end of the file--assuming that the person knows that the blurb is there--and then after going to the end of the file, scroll back until they find the beginning of the information on the back cover. Very silly!

I would prefer to put the book jacket information at the front, but doesn't the manual say to put it at the back?: Ever since I read that I have been putting it there when submitting. There was something about it messing up the page numbers to put it at the front although to me it could just be called a roman numeral like the other front pages and it wouldn't much matter mjost of the time. Maybe we could have clarification?
