I prefer to put it as the first page also. Since it tells what the book is about, it is logical to put it first.

Hi all,I am validating a book where the scanner has decided to include the book jacket information. They have placed this information on the first page of the book. He/she has noted that this information came from the back of the book.Is it a matter of preference where the book jacket information is placed? Thanks, Jess Jessica Killian Bookshare discussion list email: jesskillian@xxxxxxxOff list email to be used for people who wish to contact me privately : jess_killian@xxxxxxxxxxxTo unsubscribe from this list send a blank Email to bksvol-discuss-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxxput the word 'unsubscribe' by itself in the subject line.
