Hi, Scott. What I'd do, anyway, is just scan them to get out of them what
you can, but if nothing on that page will scan, I'd leave it in as a blank
page to maintain the integrity of the pagination. *smile* Take care.

since I can not scan them and they are already discussed in great detail
