Several points:

First, the technical BookShare criteria is that the book has page breaks,
not they necessarily be in the right places. hence the book could enter
the collection "as is".

If you decide to play with this, make certain you regularly back up your
editing just in case you good up something and need to go back.

Kurzweil has two commands you need to use.

Gary has mentioned "control-enter" which you use to establish new page
breaks.
The second command you will want is "control-shift-enter" which merges the
current page with the previous page.
You will need this command, in addition to the first one, as creating new
page breaks will necessitate merging some pages.

An alternative you may wish to consider, in the interest of saving time,
is making certain that correct page breaks are at the beginning and end of
chapters and or major sections.

Keep in mind that you are only expected to make certain page breaks exist,
according to BookShare requirements. Anything else you do, in this
matter, is on your own and, of course, benefits the book but isn't a
BookShare requirement.

            Mike
