Hi Debra,
Sometimes in Braille, it works to have one person's information in italics and
one not--e.g., the question in italics and the answer in plain font. Another
thing that is sometimes done is Q. and A. at the beginning of appropriate
lines. I guess what I like about the initials is that it reminds one who is
speaking. That's usually done by writing the last name out the first time each
person speaks, then using initials after that.
Just a couple of other suggestions.
