You get that file once no matter how many books you are unpacking, so it
must have something to do with unpacking, rather than with a specific book.

Hi all,
I receive newspapers via email from Newsline. With those papers there are
only four files. When I download a bookshare book there five daisy files.
What is this fifth daisy file and what is it's purpose?
The file name is revdst.css.
