Jamie,
It depends on the copyright notices. I couldn't say which should be used
without seeing the info from the copyright page. Donna provided the info
for her book, then Cindy confirmed that the holder which Donna showed us was
listed in copyright.gov's database as the copyright holder. My response was
simly to explain how Donna should handle filling out the submission form
where the author and copyright holder were different since she didn't ask
who was the copyright holder, but how to handle filling out the form in that
circumstance.

So Gerald, where there is one copyright holder for the original book, and
one copyright holder for the English translation, one should use the English
translation copyright holder? I had this issue with a book I recently
submitted and I put the book's copyright holder in the copyright field but
in the comments field I put that there was also a copyright holder listed
for the English translation, just in case I had picked the wrong one.
