If you are referring to the file name that just means that at some time in the past there was a hold on it, but it has been removed for some reason or another. If there is no hold on it in the title field go ahead and take it.

I downloaded a book called The Farm Book, I believe. Question is, there was nohold for in the download list. However, when I looked at the book on my computer there was, think for Sue or Judy S, not sure.
