Are you, by any chance, using JAWS with Microsoft Word? If you want, Cut
and paste a page or two of the book in a separate file and e-mail it to me
privately at pratikp1@xxxxxxxxxx I'd be happy to look at it.

I had something like that and I can't remember what I
did--but one thing I just tried (I copied your list to
Word) is to replace the paragraph symbols with
nothing. If the whole book is like that it would be
too time-consuming, the whole book would come out in
one huge paragraph, but if it's only a few lines...
