No, checking adult prevents people under the age of eighteen from even seeing that it is on the site. Letting them know what to expect is sufficient. If it is in the description it let's them know what to expect and they can make their own decisions. Checking adult takes the choice away from them.

descriptions of sex. Should I include this as part of the book
discription along with checking the checkbox for adult content?
