I think I remember Carrie telling us that she wanted us to number pages.
Maybe she's changed her mind since then.  I know the tool that converts
books to daisy and braille is supposed to number pages.  I'll write and ask
Carrie, in case she happens to miss this thread. I don't know.  Maybe she'll
weigh in here.

That's ok. I'm pretty sure I saw Carrie say that the new system numbers
pages if they are not numbered. I could have dreamed that up though. I've
been working on a lot of the children's bestsellers and the new awards books
so a lot of my submissions lately do not have page numbers.
