The only way I've found to find your place is to add a bookmark, which is a chore to add and find.

I don't remember how to do it now, but I wrestled with this question some time ago, and the question won.

Hi, Everyone,

When I validate in Word, is there a way to close the
document so that I can open it and be in the exact
spot where I finished my last reading or is there a
setting I can change so that word will open at this
location and not go back to the very beginning of
the book the next time I open it?

Thanks.
