Is this the 1992 edition or the 1991 advanced edition.
I assume they're both the same.
Monica, I wasn't sure whether or not you were
sighted--for some reason I thought you were. Anyway, I
can get the book and help you with it by sending you
pages as necessary. I could take it, but I have so
many things lined up that I'd prefer to help--though
it is a short book, I see.
