All I lack in order to recommend approval are a few words that are missing
either from the bottom of page 15 or the top of page 16.I wrote to the email
address given in the contact information for the submitter Thursday or Friday,
but haven't heard anything. I wonder if someone would look it up for me, if
it's available on the Amazon site. I tried to look it up on Google books, and
didn't get any results. Here is what it looks like:
