in order to recommend approval are a few words that are missing either from the
bottom of page 15 or the top of page 16.I wrote to the email address given in

anything. I wonder if someone would look it up for me, if it's available on

Amazon site. I tried to look it up on Google books, and didn't get any
results. Here is what it looks like:
