Hi, I have thought the same thing, and print page numbers should be retained. I don't think you, Carrie, have anything to do with there being two page numbers. It doesn't bother me because I always remember that there are people who would want to see the print page numbers. Just my take on it. This is not the first book in which I have noted this double entry which is why I decided to ask about it. I have never put 2 numbers on each page, I put just the page number. I'd like to know how the book got messed up. I'll investigate if you'll tell me the book title and author. Thanks! When I check my books which I admit I don't do too often, the page numbers as well as the chapter headings have been there. This brings up another issue that I have been wondering about. When I submit a book scanned with Kurzweil, the print page number is the only number shown; however, I am currently reading a book scanned under New York Times and after the page break, there are two numbers, one representing the total number of pages in the book and the other the print page. Personally, I prefer having only one number shown.
