[bksvol-discuss] Punctuation question?

    Hi Folks,
   I’m not quite sure how to punctuate the following.  Can anyone help me, 
please?
   The sentence is
“You are a member of the ‘Community’...”
Between the apostrophe and the ellypsis, should there be a space or not?
