Hi,
Maybe I missed it somewhere back there but who actually converts the PQ
books to Daisy format? Is it the publishers or Bookshare? If it is the
publishers then perhaps we should do it so it is done correctly.
Just a suggestion in my ignorance.

As many of you know, we have been adding publisher quality books into the
Bookshare collection over the last couple of weeks. Unfortunately, some
DAISY players are having difficulty opening and playing these books.
Please understand that solving this problem is a very high priority for
us, and we hope to have a solution soon. Our engineers are working hard,
and I will keep the lists updated with our progress.
